PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITION

The purpose of this personal data protection policy (hereafter the ‘Policy’) is to inform data subjects of how their personal data is collected and processed by Néolithe.
ARTICLE 3 – IDENTIFICATION OF DATA CONTROLLER
The personal data is collected by Néolithe, registered with the RCS (French Trade and Companies Register) on 23-01-2019 under SIRET no. 84763120700028, with registered office at 6 Route de St Laurent, 49 290 Chalonnes-sur-Loire, represented by Nicolas CRUAUD and Clément BENASSY.
ARTICLE 4 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Néolithe undertakes to protect the privacy of its users in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.
